Agentic software direction for General Insurance operations

IFLOGY, built by PAS, provides a practical model-building environment where users can define variables, construct decision models, and execute them for real-time decisions. The current live implementation is in the investment domain for stock-market workflows, while the same decision architecture is being extended into insurance use cases. In line with IFLOGY, the PAS direction includes an agentic General Insurance operating layer where AgentLogy acts as an AI assistant for crucial day-to-day tasks across pricing support, reserving workflows, exposure monitoring, alerts, documentation support, and decision follow-through. The agent works upward from transaction-level data and is therefore adaptable to changing business and risk environments. GI rollout is currently in development and positioned as a coming-soon capability.
